Ms. Amanda Taintor Dr. G. H. Javaheripour Faculty & Instructional Design President Coordinator; DE Coordinator

Ms. Taintor currently is the Instructional Designer and Distance Education Coordinator at Reedley Dr. Javaheripour career spans the academic, student services College. Dr. Tina Vasconcellos Vice President of Student Services For the past 26 years, Dr. Ward has been a part-time and fulltime faculty member, interim dean, and now is the Dr. Vasconcellos experience includes being Faculty Professional Development Coordinator at Butte a tenured faculty member and teaching College. She has participated on numerous evaluation teams psychology and counseling courses as well as providing and served as her own college’s Co-Chair for standard III. academic and personal counseling. She currently is the Vice President of Student Services at College of Alameda. Following Tina’s tenure as a faculty member, she spent Dr. Lijuan Zhai nearly nine years as a dean of both student services and Director of Institutional Research, instruction and provided leadership for all student services Assessment, & Planning units and serviced as a liberal arts dean. Tina also served as the first SLOAC in the district from 2003-2008.

Dr. Zhai is the Director of Institutional Ms. Erin Wall Research, Assessment, and Planning at Fresno City College. Dean of Arts and Humanities Her work involves providing data/research to faculty/staff College of the Redwoods for planning, institutional effectiveness, program review, and other projects. Besides institutional research and Before serving as Dean of Arts & effectiveness work, she is also very involved with college Humanities, Ms. Wall taught Mathematics at the community strategic planning, educational master plan, program review, college level for 13 years. Eleven of those years were full- outcome assessment, and accreditation. She has over 15 time at College of the Redwoods. While dean, Erin has years of professional experience in intuitional research and served as the college’s Basic Skills Coordinator and chair of planning, and served on the Nevada System of Higher the Basic Skills Committee. This past spring semester the Education for 4 years from 2006-2010. She also worked for Basic Skills Committee applied and received a $639,000 San Diego Community College District Institutional Basic Skills Transformation Grant from the Chancellor’s Research for 6 years. Office and now she is serving as the Grant Project Director. Erin is also serving as the chief negotiator in contract negotiations with the faculty union.
