Patent Administrator

We are looking for a Patent Administrator to join the Intellectual Property Support team at DeLaval International AB. You will be part of a collaborative and motivated team of people within Legal Affairs, supporting the DeLaval Group in intellectual property matters worldwide.

The work is mainly administrating a global portfolio of patents, patent applications and design registrations, against authorities and external counsel. You will be using a case management system and official databases to monitor time limits and to keep the portfolio in order. Also other administrative duties are included in the work.

Personal skills

As a person you are efficient and meticulous and take your own initiatives to drive work forward while being able to keep strict time limits. You are preferably already used to handling patent applications and design registrations, possibly from a position in the Patent Office, in private practice or from a patent department in industry. You are service minded and have a solid sense of responsibility. Naturally you are used to work in a computer environment and experience with IP case management systems is meritorious (we use Ipendo). You speak Swedish and English fluently and have excellent English writing skills.
