This program is unique in Hungary as it involves a diverse group of practicing business leaders mentoring participants and sharing their experiences about strategic thinking and diff erent sustainability-related values. Furthermore, future leaders will have the opportunity to thoroughly get to know their mentoring companies.

Each Professional Day is mentored by one of the BCSDH members and during the program participants get thoroughly acquainted with numerous companies. The programme is exclusive in that the CEOs of the mentor companies will be personally available for an hour to answer questions regarding their personal and professional careers as managers.
