 Anheuser-Busch Inbev SA/NV lists its shares in the Mexican Stock Exchange

 “ABI” is the seventh foreign company in the BMV

Mexico, D.F., October 30, 2015.- Today, Anheuser-Busch Inbev SA/NV, with ticker symbol “ABI”, listed the shares representing its social capital with no Public Offering at the Mexican Stock Exchange.

The Registration with no Public Offering from Anheuser-Busch Inbev SA/NV, was comprised by 1,608,242,156 Common Shares.

The listing of shares from “ABI” is the seventh foreign company at the Mexican Stock Exchange, which translates into a recognition of the regulation, technological capabilities, solidity and importance of the Mexican stock market and its progress in the internationalization processes.

The listing from Anheuser-Busch Inbev SA/NV offers investors a new option and diversification of their portfolios.

Shares of "ABI" were listed on the BMV Global Market and will cease to do so as from this day traded on the local market.

Anheuser-Busch InBev is the largest brewery in the world in terms of volume, and one of the five largest consumer products companies in the world. Also, Anheuser-Busch InBev produces and distributes carbonated drinks, specifically in Latin America, and other beer-like drinks, such as Lime-A-Rita and other products from the Rita family in the United States and other countries.
