package Circuit Discrete type package. This product is widely used for small capacity applications, Discreate Or such as home appliance, switching power supply, and UPS.

Each product contains one IGBT and one 1in1 FWD. Products having a high current rating are after connected in parallel in large capacity applications. Three units are generally used in a set to make up a PWM inverter. 2in1 Otherwise, products having a high current rating are often connected in parallel.

Each product contains six IGBTs and six 6in1 FWDs in the inverter. Some products having a brake section (one IGBT and one FWD).

PIM includes a converter section in PIM addition to 7 in1. Some variations contain (7in1) a NTC or a thyristor used for a capacitor charging circuit.
