UES Seating warrants that all products shall be free of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty coverage only applies to those products that have been designed & manufactured by UES Seating.

1. Products to be returned under warranty must be accompanied by the warranty claim number issued by UES Seating. 2. Claims will be denied if products do not conform to this policy, are tested within specifications or signs of misuse are present. 3. Shipping will only be covered with prior approval by UES Seating in writing. 4. UES Seating has the sole discretion & authority to accept or reject a warranty claim.

The warranty coverage begins at date of product receipt. The warranty ends when a period of twelve (12) months has elapsed from date of receipt or as specified by UES Seating in writing. Any claims pursuant to this warranty must be lodged with UES Seating within the warranty period. When a product is replaced under warranty, that product then assumes the remainder of the said warranty of the replaced product. This warranty shall be void as a result of the following: The product has not been installed in line with the UES Seating Installation Instructions supplied with the product or in a manner approved by UES Seating in writing. If the product has been modified in any way during the warranty period without the express written approval of UES Seating. If the product has been repaired in any way during the warranty period except by an authorised UES Seating representative. If in the sole opinion of UES Seating the product has been subject to abnormal stress, conditions or used in a manner for which it is not intended.

The warranty shall not apply to: Accident, fire or shipping damage. Misuse or negligence but not limited to overloading. Normal wear and deterioration.

The liability of UES Seating under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective material or workmanship by an authorized person or persons. This warranty does not include any expense related to transportation of the product to or from the place where the repair is to be performed, or any compensation for inconve- nience or loss of use while the product is being repaired. UES Seating shall not be liable for any expense, loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from the warranty parts or parts found to be defective.
