6 7 Sponsor a Child

Gesu’s Sponsor a Child program supported 219 students in 2018-2019. A sponsorship covers roughly three-quarters of the annual cost of one Gesu student’s education. Sponsors can choose to get to know students through our four annual sponsorship events or remain anonymous. Gesu updates each sponsor on the student’s growth throughout the year.

“We believe that a structured and caring education is essential to the development of children. Gesu provides the finest education we have seen in this regard. Their commitment to helping children from challenging backgrounds unlock their potential is truly life changing. As so often happens in life, we began giving to Sponsor a Child in 2011 in the belief that it would assist the children, but we have benefited much more by our interactions with the children.” —Kathy and Peter Linneman
