Soltangazinov Innovative University of Eurasia, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan (Email: [email protected]) The analysis of state and efficiency of entrepreneurial activity’s development of the Pavlodar region In the article, on the materials of the Pavlodar region, the state of the sphere of small and medium-sized en- trepreneurship (SME) is analyzed in the context of the main socially significant indicators of its development. The analysis’ materials show a number of stable patterns of SME development in the region, both positive and negative. Among them, the reduction in the number of registered, operating and active SME subjects is observed in the article, which is reflected in the dynamics of the population engaged in this sphere, the vol- ume of production and the contribution of this sector of the economy to the gross regional product. Identifica- У tion of the reasons of the formation of the negative trend of reduction of the number of active SME subjects in the article is carried out in the context of the structural components of the subjects of this sphere. The anal- ysis testifies to the existence of a number of disproportions in the development of SME in the region: struc-Г tural ones in the combination of SME subjects there is dominated the category of «small entrepreneurship», which is represented maximally by individual entrepreneurs in the context of the organizational рand legal forms of SME in the region, and in the context of economy branches - by trade; territorial: the maximum number of SME subjects in the region is concentrated in urban settlements and, first of all, in the regional center, Pavlodar c.

Сейфуллина, Нур-Султан, Казахстан Abstract. The results of a sociological study on development and application of non-standard forms of employment on Kazakhstani regional labor market are presented. An interpretation of the conceptual apparatus of standard, formal employment, self-employment, non-standard employment and its types is presented. The main results of a sociological survey of the population on non-standard types of employment among rural residents of Pavlodar region, which made it possible to assess the scale and structure of non-standard labor relations in market system, are shown. The problems of employment in the RS have been identified. The correlation between the forms of formal employment and self-employment of the rural population of the region has been determined.

New northernmost known localities for Leiometopon simyrides Staudinger, 1888, Lophoterges centralasiae (Staudinger, 1901) and Anarta vaciva (Püngeler, 1906), westernmost locality for Hadena dsungarica Hacker, 1996, easternmost localities for Autophila chamaephanes Boursin, 1940, Acronicta megacephala ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775), Episema tersa ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775), Leucochlaena fallax (Staudinger, 1870), Dasypolia timoi Fibiger & Nupponen, 2006 and Hadena persimilis Hacker, 1996, and southernmost localities for Acronicta megacephala and Phidrimana amurensis (Staudinger, 1892) are provided. Phidrimana amurensis is reported here for Kazakhstan for the first time. Four new localities in Kazakhstan for Thumatha senex (Hübner, [1808]) are given in addition to the single one known previously. Introduction During the researches of the Noctuoidea fauna of northeastern and southeastern Kazakhstan, we found several interesting Erebidae and Noctuidae species which are in the new localities on limits of their known ranges.

The thesis is devoted to the study of the current state of biology and ecology- myiasis former flies (as an example, flies Wohlfahrtia magnifica) and finding modern and cost-effective methods of controlling myiasis of Pavlodar region domestic animals. Relevance of the work Livestock breeding is one of intense and dynamic branches of the agricultural sector, providing the population and industry of Northern Kazakhstan valuable products and raw materials - meat, milk, wool, hides, etc. For cost-effective livestock development in the market environment need to solve a number of priority tasks. In order to achieve this problem, one of the components, is to provide veterinary animal welfare, especially in such an important industry for the country as a sheep breeding. In his address to the nation in 2011 President Nursultan Nazarbayev outlined the goals of the Strategic Plan for the next decade, in the agricultural sector, an unprecedented project for the development of cattle breeding will be implemented. Achieving this objective in view of the current situation and prospects for growth in domestic consumption is possible by increasing the breeding and productive qualities of the existing livestock. Sheep farming country should take its deserved place in agriculture of the country, to become one of the most promising sectors of the domestic livestock, providing the country's population required food, and light industry with raw materials, based on the rational use of the genetic potential of existing and newly created breeds, types and lines of sheep in different directions of productivity.
