Day 1 : Today we north toward “Vacationland” and Grafton Notch State Park , tucked away in the majestic mountains of Maine. A stop for lunch, on own, will be made in Portland. En route, we’ll stop at the most photographed and painted covered bridge in the state, the Artist Bridge . Later, we’ll set off on a “ moose safari ” accompanied by a local experienced guide. Maine is home to the second largest population of moose in the United States, so we may get a chance to view these majestic animals in their natural habitat. Enjoy the amenities at Jordan River Resort at Sunday River where we’ll overnight and enjoy an included dinner at Sliders (or similar). Advance entrée choice required: Cider Marinated Roasted Pork Steak, New England Baked Haddock or Parmesan Encrusted Statler Chicken. (D)

Day 2 : After breakfast at the hotel this morning, our take us to the Canadian province of . Arrive in the idyllic town of St. Andrews by-the-Sea , a National Historic District and one of the most enchanting settlements in the Maritimes. The old-world charm of original 19 th century architecture mixes with the modern – an art gallery, national marine research center, community college and world-class golf course. A local guide leads our tour of the town featuring the Old Gaol, the courthouse and the blockhouse with amazing views of the harbor. The elegant Algonquin Resort St. Andrews by-the-Sea, Autograph Collection® is our home for the next two nights – experience true luxury at this legendary, five-star retreat. (B)

Day 3 : Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we begin the day with a visit to a living memorial and symbol of true international friendship – Roosevelt Campobello International Park . Throughout the years the island has played host to many well-to- do families including Franklin Delano Roosevelt and his family, for whom the park is named. You’ll have the opportunity to see several of the “cottages” providing a glimpse into why this was such a beloved summer retreat. Enjoy lunch in the park at the Fireside Restaurant before returning to St. Andrews. The rest of your day is free to explore this beautiful town on your own. Explore the downtown area’s unique shops and , visit Kingsbrae Gardens and its 27 acres of manicured grounds, or enjoy some of our resort’s fine amenities. There are endless opportunities for fun and excitement in this delightful town. Tonight, savor an included dinner at the Harbourfront Restaurant, 225 Water Street, St. Andrews, NB. (B, L, D)

Day 4 : After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll depart for home with a wealth of fond memories of this unforgettable getaway. We will make a stop for lunch, on own, in Bangor, Maine. Cancellation Policy: Up to 45 days prior – FULL REFUND; 44-21 days prior – DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE; 20-8 days prior – 50% OF TOTAL PRICE IS FORFEITED; Within 7 days prior – NO REFUND.

Cancellation Waiver: A Cancellation Waiver is available for purchase at $60.00 per person. The protection policy must be accompanied with the deposit. The Waiver is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable, and must be paid by each passenger. The purchase of the Cancellation Waiver will protect you from any cancellation fees should you need to cancel your reservation(s) for any reason up to the day of departure. Conway must receive notification of your cancellation prior to the scheduled departure of the tour. If prior notice is not received, a refund will not be issued. We accept the Waiver only when you make the deposit except for reservations made within the final payment deadline in which case the purchase must be paid with the final payment. The Participant who purchases the Cancellation Waiver will be liable for single/double/triple supplement charges that arise when a traveling companion cancels prior to departure, or leaves the tour prematurely. The single/double/triple supplement will be implemented for any cancellations with or without the purchase of the cancellation waiver. There is NO REFUND FOR NO SHOWS.

Proof of Citizenship: A valid passport is required for all trips outside the USA. All passengers should check with the appropriate foreign consulate for entry and validity requirements. and Visas are the responsibility of each client. Government issued identification is required for air travel.

One of the WHTI-compliant documents for crossing the land border is the US Passport Card. The card may not be used to travel by air and is only available to US citizens. American citizens can visit the US Department of State’s website, www.state.gov , or call (877) 487-2778 for information on how to apply for their passports.

Any child under the age 16 (traveling without a parent or legal guardian to ) must have written permission from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s). All other travelers should contact the appropriate consulate for entry requirements.

Please be advised that if you have been convicted of an offense, or have committed a criminal act that is an offense under the laws where it occurred and would be an offense in Canada (including misdemeanors or Driving While Impaired (DWI)), you may be inadmissible into Canada. You will need to apply for a Minister’s Permit of Approval of Rehabilitation at a Canadian Consulate.

Activity Level: The level of activity and amount of walking varies from tour to tour. Here at Conway Tours we do our best to evaluate each tour program with an easy to use scale. The Activity Level for your tour is shown on your promotional flyer. Below is a sample of our Activity Level Bar:

1 Easy – This requires minimal physical activity, such as some stairs, boarding the motorcoach and walking to hotel and dining areas.

2 Moderate – This requires some physical activity, such as some walking during tours, the possibility of climbing stairs, and walking some distances.

3 Active – This requires participants to be in reasonably good health to fully enjoy all experiences. For example, walking tours, walking on uneven surfaces, periods of standing and days may be longer. We do not recommend this type of tour for individuals who use either a walker or wheelchair.
