Please arrive 5 minutes before activity is due to start and make yourself known to the tutor. If you would like to try something new or have not participated before, just turn up at the session (all participants must complete a health declaration form made available by the tutor). Please note clients who arrive later than 10 minutes after start of session, may be refused entry.
