Article 6 – Supporting the competition Article 7 – Insurance

A) Chairman of the organisation: In accordance with legal regulations, the organiser Mr Vlastimil MALÍK (CZE) has taken out one or more insurance policies against the following risks: B) In charge of the course: Mr Vlastimil MALÍK (CZE) - Third Party Insurance in the amount of €370.000 for the event. H) In charge of the track marshals: Any protest must be lodged in accordance with the Mr Marcel GEBAUER (CZE) Code. Protests must be made in writing and handed to the clerk of the course or to his assistant, or in their absence to a steward, accompanied by the requisite protest fees.

If the protest requires the dismantling and re- assembly of various parts of a car, the claimant must also pay a deposit of between €25 and €25,000.

Competitors have the right to appeal, as laid down in Articles 15.1 to 15.4 of the Code and as provided for in the regulations of the International Court of Appeal.

Article 9 – Additional provisions by the organiser

A) Reminder concerning Drivers' safety equipment During the practice heats and race heats, Drivers are strictly obliged to respect the safety measures in the standards specified in the Sporting Regulations of the Masters, whereby they must:

- Wear a helmet. - Wear a head restraint device (if applicable). - Wear flame-resistant clothing (including overalls, mask or balaclava, gloves, underwear, and socks). - Be restrained in their seat by the safety harnesses. - Keep the Driver's side window closed (for closed cars).

B) Entry passes Each competitor will receive 3 entry passes. Additional entry passes will be charged €7 (per pass) by the organiser.
