ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH CENTRAL ABSENTEE VOTER ELECTION PRECINCT IN OFFICE OF GENERAL REGISTRAR, AND TO ESTABLISH BOUNDARIES OF VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACE LOCATIONS

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Board of Arlington, Virginia, that:

1. Pursuant to §24.2-712 of the Code of Virginia, there is hereby established a central absentee voter election precinct in the Office of the General Registrar and the Electoral Board at the premises known as 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, Suite 320, Arlington, Virginia 22201, for the purpose of receiving, counting, and recording all absentee ballots cast within Arlington County, Virginia, for all general, primary and special elections.

2. Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 3 of Title 24.2, Elections, of the Code of Virginia, the boundaries of voter election precincts and polling place locations, are as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Four Mile Run and Columbia Pike; thence in an easterly direction with the centerline of Columbia Pike to its intersection with the centerline of South Monroe
