The sale achieved record turnover of The Queen of Racing 48,399,00gns, a clearance rate of 85 per cent and small rises in the average and median to 78,224gns and 55,500gns respectively. Shadwell led the buyers, purchasing 51 yearlings for a total of 8,505,000gns, while the consignors were headed by Tally-Ho Stud, which sold 30 lots for a total of 1,964,000gns, and The Castlebridge Consigbment, which sold 26 for 1,867,000gns.
