Maharishi Vedic Astrology WPA with Dr. Charlie Health during the Nine Days of Mother Divine March 28-April 4 (Sat–Sat), 7 nights, $950 SM Enjoy an in-depth tour of one of the most fascinating areas of human knowledge—Maharishi Jyotish —offered by one of the nation’s most experienced guides. Charlie is known for his ability to take the abstract principles of this ancient science of prediction and make them easy and accessible to everyone in a delightful and practical way. For the past 30 years, he has been a student and teacher of the Maharishi Jyotish program, having worked closely with many of the great, classically trained Maharishi Jyotish experts from India. The WPA will include lectures, Maharishi videos, and captivating examples of the theory and practice of Maharishi Jyotish. Topics will include: • How the movement of the sun, moon, and planets directly impacts our feeling, thinking, and behavior. • The intimate connection between the intelligence within each one of us and the intelligence that guides the cosmos in an ever- progressive direction. The Nine Days of Mother Divine is an auspicious time for enlivening peace of mind, prosperity, and fulfillment of desires. This course includes special videos of Maharishi Vedic Pandits performing the traditional recitations for the Nine Days of Mother Divine and a lecture by Maharishi on Mother Divine. Ram Navami, the birthday of Ram, is celebrated on April 2nd. Memorial Day WPA • May 22-25, (Fri-Mon), 3 nights, $450 Join us for a weekend of pure knowledge and deep experience at the Purusha Capital. We only have two weekend courses this year, so this is an ideal time to take advantage of the opportunity to gain deep rest and enjoy this silent and beautiful atmosphere amidst a large SM Purusha group. Creating Coherence Course • June 13–27 or June 13-July 6, 14 or 23 nights, $1150 or $1500 These courses provide an ideal venue for going deeper into pure consciousness for an extended period of time. Each Creating Coherence Course begins with a one-week WPA (see course list below), which is included in the course fee. After the WPA is finished, the program is similar to the WPA routine but with afternoons free for personal activities. For the maximum benefit of this program there must be a minimum of three course participants. Last year’s Summer Creating Coherence Courses were well attended. Silence WPA Dr. Neil Paterson WPA WPA on the Bhagavad-Gita with Raja John Bright • June 13–20 (Sat–Sat), 7 nights, $950 Raja Bright spent many years working intimately with Maharishi, absorbing his wisdom, and for over 20 years led weekly Gita study groups at the TM center in Palo Alto, CA. Guru Purnima WPA • June 29–July 6 (Mon-Mon), 7 nights, $950 Guru Purnima is that special time of the year when we celebrate the fullness of Vedic knowledge given to us by Maharishi and Guru Dev. We will celebrate Guru Purnima, July 5th, by enjoying the traditional celebrations from Holland with Maharaja and the leaders of SM the Global Country of World Peace . The course will also include videos of Maharishi speaking about his years with Guru Dev. We will update everyone on our website if we arrange a special guest course leader. Maharishi Vedic Leadership Forum Phase One with Raja John Konhaus • July 10–20 (Fri-Mon), 10 nights, $1100 This course on the science and art of supreme leadership, recently released for a wider audience, will be conducted by Raja John Konhaus, who has directed the Maharishi Vedic Leadership Forum over the past several summers. This unique course, recorded and presented exclusively by Maharishi, reveals his Vedic approach to leadership and governing with unprecedented depth and clarity. It illuminates the role of consciousness in creating successful leaders. Throughout the 25 hours of lessons (15 in Phase One and 10 in Phase Two), Maharishi details both the knowledge and experience of Unity Consciousness, and how we can learn to lead with the full support of the Vedic Devata, or Laws of Nature that serve as the source and control point of all our actions. The course structure will include Maharishi’s lectures, group practice of the TM® and TM-Sidhi® programs, question and answer sessions, and listening to recordings of Vedic recitations. In these ten hours of lectures, Maharishi continues his explanation of the science and art of supreme leadership, illuminating the role of consciousness in creating successful leaders. The course will follow the same structure as Phase One, including an in-depth look at how consciousness creates and governs our environment, with special emphasis on how our relationship with our environment is intimately connected to the growth of God Consciousness and Unity Consciousness. Br. Dinesh Mittal, Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Administrator from India, who worked very closely with Maharishi for many decades on many important projects, will join Dr. Morris at the Purusha Capital to guide our pronunciation. Learning and pronouncing the timeless Vedic expressions enlivens consciousness to be in greater alignment with Natural Law. The course will also include news from around the world, question and answer sessions, and videos of Maharishi. He has done what he set out to do in 1957—to lay the foundation for a peaceful world. Now, Maharishi is being welcomed with open arms into Heaven,” said Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, first ruler of the Global Country of World Peace, Maharishi’s global educational organization. Three weeks ago, on January 11, Maharishi publicly announced that he would be “retiring into silence,” and said he was “closing his designed duty” to his spiritual master, Guru Dev. “I can only say, ‘Live long the world in peace, happiness, prosperity, and freedom from suffering.’” He then placed the administration of his global movement under the “capable leadership” of Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam, world-renowned neuroscientist, and his 48 international Ministers and Rajas (administrators)—along with thousands of teachers of Maharishi’s Transcendental Meditation and directors of his movement throughout the world.
