Thornbridge Brewery (Derbyshire)

5 x 9gl Jaipur A citrus dominated India ; its immediate impression 5.9% is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

4 x 9gl Crackendale Single hopped citra pale ale. Nice fruity aroma. Balanced 5.2% hoppiness with a gentle aftertaste.

2 x 9gl Strickland Brewed in collaboration with Adnams Brewery, this 5.0% traditional dry Irish is velvety smooth and satisfying rich with a well-balanced bitterness and malt character.

1 x 9gl Pollards Coffee milk stout. Huge coffee aroma then the taste is like 5.0% cold creamy coffee with a very thick mouth feel.

1 x 9gl McConnells A creamy vanilla stout with raspberry flavours and a dark 5.0% chocolate bitter finish.

Mallinsons Brewery (Huddersfield)

1 x 9gl Trans Pacific Pale A pale golden ale with lovely floral hop notes on the nose. 4.1% A rich, resinous hop flavour and a delicious long dry bitter finish. Brewed using Bravo, Amarillo, Cascade and Wai-Iti hops. 2 x 9gl Danger: Hops! It's back! It's still dangerously strong and even more 5.0% dangerously hoppy! This delicious pale ale has a hoppy passion fruit and mango nose, a bitter strong taste and a long bitter citrus finish. Brewed using Columbus, Amarillo and loads of Centennial! 1 x 9gl Hallertau Blanc This is a single hopped beer using only Hallertau Blanc. It is 4.2% pale gold with a lovely hop aroma, hints at orange and grape, The bitterness is gentle yet fruity and there is a lovely fresh bitter finish. We really like this hop!

2 x 9gl March Hare NEW BEER AVAILABLE THIS WEEK! This New Zealand pale ale, bursts with gooseberry and lime 3.8% hop aroma which sets off the sweet malt. A lingering bitterness makes you want another sip of this thirst-quenching spring beer.

Rat Brewery (Yorkshire)

1 x White Rat Very pale hoppy ale, made from low colour Maris Otter 4.0% malt. A combination of three high-alpha American hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

Ossett Brewery (Yorkshire)

2 x 9gl Excelsius Despite its formidable strength, Excelsior is many people’s 5.2% favourite tipple. Classic pale ale, brewed from British pale malt and American Cascade hops this is the perfect drinking experience! Smooth, fruity and full-bodied, but with a deceptive bitterness to complement the high alcohol content this is a deliciously easy-drinking beer. Refreshing citrus hop aromas complete the sensory pleasure. 4 x 9gl Nelson Citra IPA Straw coloured premium ale brewed from pale and wheat 5.4% malts in collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery. This is a crisp, clean, clear IPA that packs a punch yet remains very refreshing and easy to drink. A hop bill of Citra and Nelson Sauvin results in a moderately bitter beer with intense aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry and white grape.

Salopian Brewery (Shropshire)

8 x 9gl Seas of Shropshire A sparkling copper ale with a twist of citrus peel and a 4.4% sprinkling of pine and grapefruit.

5 x 9gl Shropshire Gold Aroma of floral hops and caramel. Flavour of strong malts, 3.8% floral hops, citrus and some pine notes. Medium bodied, slick mouth feel and a bitter, slightly fruity finish. Golden.

2 x 9gl Lemon Dream Shimmering golden ale that is brewed using organic lemons 4.5% which adds beautifully subtle zesty aromas and a citrus filled fruity finish.

8 x 9gl Oracle The intention of the hop character is to be pronounced but 4.0% not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body. Pale.

4 x 9gl Golden Thread Aroma of pine, pineapple, yeast and caramel. Similar 5.0% flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Quite dry to finish. Golden.

1 x 9gl Darwin’s Origin Darwin's Origin is an eclectic mix of hops from across the 4.3% world but this blend produces a beer that offers something to everyone. Crisp, tart, fruity and refreshing but also with a juicy malt background. Copper colour. 1 x 9gl Seven Circles (Porter) Porter, smooth descent in the depths of rich chocolate and 4.7% bitter cocoa with a satiny snug bitterness. Hints of spice are evident in the abundance of toasted rich malts.

3 x 9gl Whirligig Pours with a sparkling golden hue, with an aroma of juicy 4.0% fruits, fresh grassy hops, floral citrus and tropical notes. Tasty and refreshing, hoppy and fruity with an endearing biscuit body. The finish is crisp, vibrant and juicy.

1 x 9gl Panacea The powerful grapefruit aroma gives way to a crisp 5.0% maltiness. The flavour of grapefruit and lychee gives way to a soothing bitterness.

Subtle hop characteristics from traditional Fuggles hops. 4 x 9gl Moonshine A beautifully balanced pale straw-coloured premium bitter. 4.3% Distinctive floral aroma, leading to a predominantly citrus taste, with grapefruit and lemons to the fore. A quenching bitter finish

1 x 9gl Deception A pale beer, made with fabulous Nelson Sauvin 4.1% hops. Aromas of elderflower and grapes. Strong citrus flavours, especially grapefruit. Long lasting bitter finish. Very refreshing and packed full of flavour.

Upfront aromas of soft stone fruit and hints of lemon and lime make for a beer that tastes as good as it smells.

Refreshingly crisp, light mouth feels - very drinkable.

8 x 9gl Adnams Southwold Bitter Adnams Bitter is a beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and 3.7% dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness.

4 x 9gl Ghost Ship This Pale Ale has a good assertive pithy bitterness and a 4.5% malty backbone. It is brewed with a selection of malts – Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara – we use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours. 3 x 9gl Broadside Brewed with Pale Ale malt and First Gold hops, Broadside is 4.7% a dark ruby red beer rich in fruitcake aromas, almonds and conserved fruit.

Sweetness and hoppiness can be variable depending on age. 23 x 9gl Abbot Ale Dark copper in colour, this beer is full bodied with a very 5.0% distinctive beer with a bitter sweet aftertaste.

3 x 9gl Old Speckled Hen This full flavoured, smooth, strong ale has a good sweetness 4.5% / bitterness balance and a rich fruity particularly on the nose. Dryish finish and very pleasant.
