The Yemen Humanitarian Response Plan (YHRP) in 2014 will require USD 591 million to deliver assistance to 7.6 million people. It is Internal displacement 3/4 estimated that 14.7 million people are in need of some form of humanitarian assistance in 2014. The 2014 YHRP aims to provide (Cumulative figures - 30 Nov 2013) life-saving assistance for the most vulnerable, and also to address underlying causes of vulnerability through early recovery, enhancing 306,964 IDPs resilience, building local capacity and finding durable solutions for displaced people. The Plan will seek to ensure meaningful and 227,954 returnees equitable access to services, resources and protection measures for women, girls, boys and men.
