The individual chosen must have a proven track record of servant leadership in any one or more of the following areas; education, association work, community service, professional practice or mentoring. 2009— James Bresette, Pharm.D. In keeping with this mission, it is our desire to reward leadership in a pharmacy student through provision of the Founder’s Award. The nominees for this award are members who have demonstrated exemplary leaderships skills and service to the profession of Dr. Joseph Swanson Theta pharmacy as well as serving as a Dr. Karen Whalen Iota mentor to others.
