Roll Call Justin Thames completed roll call. Approval of Directors approved to accept the January 29, 2015 minutes for the Florida CPA/PAC- Motion: was made by Outstanding Minutes South. Curry and seconded by . Vote: motion passed unanimously. Secretary-Treasurer’s Director’s approved to accept the Secretary-Treasurer’s report of the Florida CPA/PAC- Motion: was made by Report South with a balance of $11,981.81 as of June 30, 2015. and seconded by Curry. An e-mail ballot was sent to all Directors approving the Averett Warmus Durkee Motion: was made and Ratifications proposal for the Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) -- there was discussion of each PAC seconded. Vote: motion paying $1,000 each annually for this service. passed unanimously. Justin Thames gave an update and mentioned that we were one of very few PACs in the Florida CPA/PAC Annual State that had no issues. Audit Election of Officers Ronald Thompkins will remain as Chair and Tony Argiz was elected Vice Chair. Justin Thames discussed some ideas for Pacesetter/Trendsetter contributions. Have Other Business something on site at events, i.e. Turvis Tumblers with PAC logo & Wolf PAC logo. We will be ordering them for the Annual Show in Sept. All PAC Directors need to help in our outreach to raise PAC dollars. We will provide them with lists to call. Justin updated them on the Fundraising calendar year vs. the FY. We will also be asking for the Directors help with the Wine Pull at the Annual Show. FLORIDA CPA POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE—SOUTH, INC.
