The tenderer should be a reputed firm or individual having good business standing. 2. The tenderer should have minimum two years experience in the field of commercial advertising which may even be outside the Railways. Orders received from Government Organizations or from reputed companies in original or copy attested by a Gazetted officer/Notary Public shall only be accepted as proof of experience. 3. The tenderer should have completed in the last two years at least one work in the field of advertising which may even be outside the Railways equal to 35% of the advertised reserve price, in the field of advertising during the preceding two financial years. Orders received/Work Completion certificate from Government Organizations or from reputed companies in original or copy attested by a Gazetted officer/Notary Public shall only be accepted as proof of experience. 4. The annual turnover of the tenderer during the last two financial years should not be less than 50% of the advertised reserve price. Copy of the audited Balance Sheet or Profit & Loss account reflecting the earnings from advertisement duly certified by Chartered Accountant shall be produced as documentary evidence.
Tender Bid: The tender bid shall be submitted in two separate sealed covers as under: Part-I Technical element of the tender bid herein after called “Credential Bid”. Part-II – Price & Commercial elements of the tender bid, hereinafter called “Price Bid” Both these sealed covers should be put in one common cover duly sealed and super- scribed as “INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MOBILE CHARGING UNITS (MCU) for a period of Three Years.” Note: Those who qualify in the credential bid will only be called for opening of the price bid. TENDER SCHEDULE : Last date for sale of tender form up to 15.00 hrs on 2 3.10.2018 Date of submission of Tender form up to 11.00 hrs on 24.10.2018 Place Office of the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial) CHENNAI Division, Southern Railway CHENNAI-600 003. Opening of tender 11.30 hrs on 24.10.2018 If the day of opening of the tender happens to be a declared Government Holiday, tenders will be opened on the next working day. The Railway Administration will not be responsible for any postal delay and it is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure receipt of the tender form in time.
