KBR has been an active, trusted participant in the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) PROJECT DESCRIPTION since 1992. This Department of the Army program is specifically based on two primary premises: 1) use of Client U.S. Army Materiel Command civilian contractors in a theater of operation releases Location: UAE, , military units for other missions or fill shortfalls and 2) use of civilian contractors provides the Army with Scope: Base operation, logistics support, a force multiplier to support (adequately) the current and construction support and programmed forces. As the U.S. Army’s primary Years method to obtain on-call contractor support for Awarded: 2014 time-sensitive mission activity, this contract vehicle is critical. From Operation Restore Hope in in Status: Ongoing 1992 to Operation Inherent Resolve, underway since 2014 in Iraq, KBR has delivered services under the Value: $500M LOGCAP program. KBR is embedded with our client and able to flexibly deliver services as quickly as the geopolitical needs of the U.S. Army shift.

We constructed and manage a $2.6M, 22k sq. ft, dining facility in Erbil serving an average of 59,000 meals each month.

In Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), KBR recently achieved 500 days without a recordable injury – a remarkable achievement while performing services across nine sites.

KBR continues to provide a full spectrum of base operation, maintenance and logistics support to the U.S. Army combatant commands during contingency operations for Operation Inherent Resolve at six sites in Iraq and nine sites across Kuwait and the UAE. Support includes base operation and maintenance, and general construction services spanning 85 services requirements, supporting a population over 10,000 on a 24/7/365 basis.

KBR has been responsive and flexible with dynamic battlefield requirement changes – we provide all logistics needs to support troop movements – power, water, wastewater, housing, food, and the Counter-ISIS Train and Equip Fund (CTEF) mission.
