Andrew Filev Founder &

Andrew founded Wrike in 2006 after realizing the challenges faced in scaling due to the limitations of collaborating through email and spreadsheets. He had a vision to provide modern work teams with collaboration tools that make them more productive than they thought possible. Andrew has led Wrike from budding startup to one of the fastest- growing providers of collaboration and project solutions. Wrike has been consistently recognized for its excellent product, tremendous growth, and top-rated work environment.

As a business leader, Andrew’s insights on entrepreneurship, productivity, and the future of work have been featured in leading business publications including Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc. Magazine, and The New York Times. He is also an accomplished speaker, having led talks at numerous business and tech conferences including the Project Management Institute Global Conference, Web Summit, CeBIT, and Montgomery Summit.

Carol Lee is Wrike’s Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience working in finance in Silicon Valley, Carol is passionate about scaling businesses and building high-performing teams. She oversees FP&A, accounting and legal at Wrike. Prior to Wrike, Carol has served as CFO at GoodData and VP of Finance at Konica Minolta. Carol has a proven track record in managing global revenue growth, increasing profitability, scaling finance operations, M&A and financing transcations.

Scott Ryan

As the Chief Revenue Officer for Wrike, Scott leads all aspects of the company’s revenue growth strategy globally. Scott has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and cross-functional leadership with a successful track record of building high- performance teams, penetrating challenging new markets and exceeding revenue objectives.

Prior to joining Wrike, Scott held executive positions at Workiva and IBM, where he led large sales, professional services, and customer success teams. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in System Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point.

Chad Bennett is the Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, Chad was SVP of Human Resources at Alteryx, where he scaled the company from 200 to 1,500 employees in 13 countries. Chad has navigated companies through IPO and beyond, and his global HR experience will help unify Wrike’s practices across our regions.

Abhay Rajaram

Abhay Rajaram is Wrike’s Chief Customer Officer. Abhay has a passion for building great businesses and delivering memorable customer outcomes. Prior to Wrike, he headed up all post-sales services at Hearsay, a SaaS digital marketing platform for global financial services organizations. Previously, Abhay built the customer success at YouSendIt / Hightail from the ground up. He also managed product operations, strategy, pricing, and training for Cisco’s security business, and held product, marketing, and engineering management positions at IronPort Systems, 3Com Corporation, and Wipro Technologies. Abhay holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, India.

Alexey Korotich is Wrike’s Vice President of Product Management. Alexey has more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software design, security, product development and management. His ability to define the long-term vision and management requirements for new, category-defining enterprise solutions has led to numerous successful go-to-market plans and launches.

Saranya Babu Senior Vice President of Marketing

Saranya Babu is the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Saranya oversees all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, growth, product marketing, and communications. She has held various leadership roles in the high-tech industry with proven success achieving 2X - 10X growth in revenue and valuation for B2B software/SaaS startups and mid-size companies.

Saranya has broad experience leading initiatives from conception to launch across engineering, product management, marketing, and BD. Before joining Wrike, Saranya was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Instapage where she grew revenue and valuation by 4X, annual contract value by 30X, and helped the company secure Series A funding to create a new category. She previously held roles at ChargePoint, Inc., BDNA (acquired by Flexera), Dell, and NetApp. Saranya earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Yuri Golikov is the Vice President of Engineering. Yuri overseas all aspects of product development, including SDLC, technical strategy, process management, product architecture, product quality, and product delivery. Yuri joined Wrike as a Director of Engineering in 2015 having 15 years of experience in the software development industry. He started in Aelita Software, managed development of multiple products in Quest Software, led even more development teams and became a Deputy Branch Director in Dell. Master of Technical Science, Scrum Evangelist, Certified Scrum Master.

Archie Sharma Vice President of Strategic Programs

Archie Sharma is the Vice President of Strategic Programs at Wrike. Prior to Wrike, Archie headed corporate strategy and development at OpenX, where he led strategy, go-to-market, and M&A. He joined OpenX from Ingram Micro, where he led business transformation initiatives. Prior to Ingram Micro, Archie headed the strategy consulting practice at Bainbridge and provided fact-based, actionable recommendations to C-level executives in F500 companies. Previously, he held management and engineering roles at Western Digital, Johnson & Johnson, Akzonobel, and Siemens. Archie holds a Master of Business Administration from The Anderson School of Management at UCLA, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Pune, India.
