7 How does the OEI impact us?

The Exchange • A college becomes a member of the OEI Consortium to participate. • The home college establishes residency for transfer degree completion and receives credit for the degree completion and/or transfer attained. • The teaching college is the college offering courses to students from their own and other colleges. The teaching college receives apportionment for enrollments. • High demand Associate Degree for Transfer (ADTs; AA-T/AS-T) courses were chosen based on their inclusion in ADTs, student demand data, and course fulfillment of transfer area requirements. 16 Myths about OEI?

17 Recommendation from ATC

Join the OEI: • Continue to maintain strong faculty voice. • Exercise leadership in our standards of quality and course delivery. • Decisions to place specific content and courses online at the department level, which is most familiar with the content and the faculty best able to deliver that content. • Our choice: which courses/faculty participate.
