Following the success of Summer Shine, we took 5 of our youth to the USA to pay a return visit to the American churches which had helped us out so much in the Summer Shine venture. We travelled with our brothers and sisters from the Salvation Army in Crown Hill and it was such a pleasure to get to know them better. We spent the first week at Global Christian Camp on Fort Mountain in Georgia, and then the second week enjoyed the hospitality of our host homes and the tourist sights. It was such a privilege to see our youth grow in maturity and spiritual commitment, and we particularly look forward to Daniel’s baptism on the 13th September at 11.00 a.m. - to which you are all very welcome.
