The following spoke: Jürgen Zimmerling, to point out that he had been present at Monday's sitting; Robert Atkins, who asked that the vote should start at the scheduled time (the President replied that he would forward the request to the Conference of Presidents) and Véronique De Keyser, who informed the House that the Tunisian League for Human Rights was at that moment surrounded by the army (the President noted her remarks).

3. Membership of committees and delegations

At the request of the IND/DEM Group, Parliament ratified the appointment of Andrzej Tomasz Zapałowski as a member of the AGRI Committee and the Delegation to the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
