    Agenţia Naţională de Cadastru şi Publicitate Imobiliară - ANCPI - Ordin nr. 1615/2018 din 19 noiembrie 2018 Ordinul nr. 1615/2018 privind aprobarea începerii lucrărilor de înregistrare sistematică a imobilelor, pe sectoare cadastrale, în 28 de unităţi administrativ-teritoriale din judeţul Dolj În vigoare de la 07 decembrie 2018 Consolidarea din data de 25 februarie 2019 are la bază publicarea din Monitorul Oficial, Partea I nr. 1039 din 07 decembrie 2018 şi include modificările aduse prin următoarele acte: Ordin 1771/2018; Ultimul amendament în 01 februarie 2019. Având în vedere prevederile art. 11 alin. (1) din Legea cadastrului şi a publicităţii imobiliare nr. 7/1996, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, în temeiul art. 3 alin. (13) din Legea cadastrului şi a publicităţii imobiliare nr. 7/1996, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, directorul general al Agenţiei Naţionale de Cadastru şi Publicitate Imobiliară emite prezentul ordin.     The Effect of 1984/1985 Severe Winter-Time on Some Faunistic Elements in Romania

    THE EFFECT OF 1984/1985 SEVERE WINTER-TIME ON SOME FAUNISTIC ELEMENTS IN ROMANIA SORIN GEACU Animal populations are affected by various types of extreme weather. In Romania the winter of 1984/1985 was one of the harshes. The absolute minimum reached - 38° C on 14.01.1985 at Miercurea Ciuc station. The paper presents the impact of the freezing weather and abundant snow on 16 vertebrate species (10 mammal species, 6 bird species). This research highlights a death toll of nearly 12 000 individuals in all Romanian provinces. Keywords: severe winter 1984/1985, animal deaths, mammals, birds, Romania. INTRODUCTION Some severe climatic phenomena do affect the dynamics of various animal populations (Poll, 1976; Blondel, 1995; Asenov, 2001; Dajoz, 2006). Regarding the situation for the Romanian wildlife, to be considered is a paper written by Racoviţă & Filipaşcu (1971) which refers especially to the very cold winter of 1830 and its dramatic consequences for the animal world (for mammals in the first place). The author discusses this aspect on the basis of some original information, depicting the losses suffered by the wild fauna in the winter of 1984/1985. Among the Romanian 20th century winters, that of 1984/1985 was one of the harshes, with very low temperatures, snowstorms and fairly high snow-layers. Thus, that winter featured all climate severe phenomena (Bacinschi et al., 1986). Harsh winters are causing high death rates due to lack of food and hypothermia which leads to lung, heart, neurovascular and locomotor diseases (Ardelean & Barnea, 1972; Enache, 2016). MATERIAL AND METHODS For the illustration of weather conditions, thermic values of some representative meteorological stations were used, obtained from various bibliographical sources.

X, 1, 2018, p. 79 – 99 REGIONAL DISPARITIES RELATED TO SOCIO-ECONOMIC DETERMINANTS OF AGRICULTURE IN THE ROMANIAN PLAIN Irena MOCANU, Ines GRIGORESCU, Bianca MITRICĂ, Elena-Ana POPOVICI, Monica DUMITRAȘCU Institute of Geography, Romanian Academy Abstract: The structure and pattern of agriculture in Romania has been facing significant changes over the past decades in relation to the contextual social, political and economic transformations. The current study is seeking to assess the determinants of agriculture in the main agricultural region of Romania (Romanian Plain) based on selected socio- economic factors. The authors selected nine socio-economic indicators (agricultural surface, labour renewal index, economic dependency index, economically active population, employment in agriculture, vitality index, share of young labour, share of female population and roads and railway density) which were aggregated into an index of socio-economic determinants of agriculture. Overall, the final index values revealed spatial differences which enabled a certain separation between the eastern, central and western parts of the Romanian Plain: socio-economic favourability for agriculture in the central and, to some extent, in the eastern parts and a significantly reduced favourability in the western area. The current research could become an important step for in-depth assessments of environmental and socio-economic determinants of agriculture, developing strategies and supporting policies at different spatial scales. Mild, temperate climate, far from the excessive nuance that affects the eastern part of the Romanian Plain, relief with small altitudes, which descend in steps from north to south, respectively from 150- 160 m to the contact with the Getic Plateau, to 35-40 m close to the Danube Valley, characterized by monotony and homogeneity, and fertile soils and rich hydrographical network (the Danube Valley in the south, Drincea in the west, Jiu in the east, DesnăŃui in the center and their tributaries, the lakes of the Danube Valley) that favored the apparition and development of human settlements. Human Resources from rural area have known, during time, periods of positive or negative dynamics according to historical, political, administrative and economic conditions. Starting from the 1912- 2006 long-term demographic evolution, there can be noticed a numeric increase of the population in DesnăŃui Plain until the year 1966, more accentuated between 1930 – 1956, followed by a numeric decrease, in the next period, until present time.
