The association is part of the Purple Lights Fund and is comprised exclusively of former Lumberjack and Ladyjack athletes who have lettered in their sport, as well as trainers, managers and coaches. Building on the foundation of the Letterman’s Association, the primary objective of the J Association is to keep former athletes involved with SFA athletics after their collegiate careers. The J Association can provide avenues for current athletes to network, connect and learn from their predecessors from different generations of SFA athletics. There is free membership for athletes who finished their degrees in 2019-20. The Young Jack annual membership is $30 annually for the first four years after lettering. The Active Jack membership is $50 annual membership and lifetime membership is $500.
