P/98/0854 - MANUFACTURE AND DISTRIBUTE PROMOTIONAL SIGNS AND BANNERS, WAREHOUSE REAR OF 162 PONTYGWINDY ROAD, CAERPHILLY The Committee considered the views of the site visit held on the 9th November 1998. The applicant, Samantha Woosnam, was not present to address the Committee. An objector, Mrs. Mould, had addressed the Committee on the 29th October 1998.
