[Important] Electronic registration form for PCR test upon arrival at Manila Ninoy Aquino International (MNL)

Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, PAL and the Philippine Government have issued precautionary measures, mandatory protocols, and requirements for travelers. Here's how to ensure a smooth to the Philippines.

This procedure is required for all passengers international flights to Manila before arriving at the airport (Japan).

Upon check-in, sign the Declaration and Waiver Form presented by our check-in agent, indicating that you are healthy and fit to travel. For All OFW passengers needs to perform the OASIS (Land or sea): http://oasis.owwa.gov.ph/ * Please complete the procedure at least 5 days before your flight.

2. After completing the registration of the electronic registration form, please save the confirmation email and QR code and bring it with you so that you can present it at any time when you arrive at Manila Airport.

3. After checking in online or at the airport, accomplish the Electronic Health Locator Form and Arrival Card at https://bit.ly/MNLArrivalCard and save the QR code for presentation to the upon your arrival.
