Bornfire Account Creation Process (BACP) is attempting to simply the account creation process and provides a single, comprehensive and consolidated solution covering all the activities relating to the Account Opening. The solution integrates with Core Banking Solution, E-Mail, SMS, Alert Message, Document Management, Signature Capturing Cheque Book Issue, ATM Debit Card Issue and Internet Bank Service. It captures the requirements for all these sub-systems along with the account creation and initiate the service requests to the respective systems. Supports on-board customer at bank/branch counters, on-line account opening through internet and mobile. Dash Boards provides statistics and Turn Around Time for all account creation steps. Customizable and well-defined workflow options available for defining the approval process. Alert Management System is in-built for real time communication about account creation process between the stake holders. Customer can track their application status online through internet as well as their mobile application.

BKYC: Bornfire EKYC Solution – multi-channel digital customer on-boarding process

Bornfire EKYC Solution helps customers build a digital journey rethinking the way they capture content. Using BEKYC solution, Customer on-boarding process can be completed in less than five minutes, activate customer operations in real-time, and guarantee all the KYC regulatory requirements. Paperless Process, Real Time Operations, Detect and Prevent Fraud, Compliance with local Regulation, Improved Customer Experience and Centralized Access Service are the benefits of BEKYC solution.

Customer Self Service Terminal (BKIOSK) is a touch screen customer self- service terminal, interfacing with the Core Banking Solutions. Customer can inquire their account, transactions and operations without depending up on the Bank Staff. APIs are available in the application for all types of customer inquiries. Customer identity is validated through their mobile number and OTP. Customer can also lodge their service requests for Cheque Book, Stop Payment, Hot Listing the Credit and Debit Cards. Framework is available for adding any type of customer request. Required interface with Core Banking Solution will be built as part of the implementation. Customer can also enter the cash deposit and cash withdrawal details. System should provide reference number for cash transactions. With this reference number, teller can retrieve the transactions in the Core Banking Application and complete the transactions. It reduces the time and data key-in efforts for the bank staff. Required interface will be built as part of the implementation.

BCSNQ – Bornfire Customer Scheduling and Digital Queuing

Bornfire Customer Scheduling and Digital Queuing (BCNQ) is touch screen customer self-service terminal, interfacing with the Core Banking Solution. Customer can lodge their service request using the Touch Screen Terminal. Touch Screen is used to select the desired service request to generate the token. A wall or ceiling mounted screen shows notification when Bank Staff calls the next customer and displays the user defined content. This web based application is accessed by the Bank Staff via their computer. It gives real time queue positions and is used to call the next customer. All components are linked by an underlying network, wired or wireless.

IP based and it uses existing wired or wireless network to connect system components. Queuing system uses web technology. This allows flexibility with the number of displays, counters or touch screens. Designed with simplicity in mind so that little or no training is required to use the system.
