PROGRAM INVOLVEMENT Our primary role is one of facilitator — working alongside faculty and staff to realize the unique learning ambitions and program goals through logistics coordination. We help provide the visiting learner with an expanded view of Brazil through exposing visitors to experiential interactions with Brazilians and culturally immersive activities. Our aim is to immerse visitors, giving them the opportunity to better draw analyses and comparisons between Brazil and home.

PROGRAM INSPIRATION

We work alongside faculty and international education staff as a Brazilian resource to complement the scope of a proposed program. We use our years of expertise, along with our Brazilian network, to recommend programming details from interactions with community leaders to the modes of transportation and accommodation. We collaborate on programming in hopes our efforts can complement transformative learning experiences that dive- deeper into the dialogues of Brazil.

PROGRAM SUPPORT

Every program demands detailed coordination and logistic manpower, a reality often left to university staff or the faculty member. We believe these responsibilities to be unnecessary distractions for the faculty, often derailing the programs’ primary objectives. Therefore, Campus B assumes these responsibilities and embraces these details by dedicating our Brazilian staff to coordinating the programming logistics. Combined with our experienced Campus Coordinators, we are able to shoulder the programing logistics, allowing you (the faculty + university staff) to focus on the programs’ real objectives.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR: 24/7 SUPPORT

Campus B provides around the clock programing support — including pre-arrival orientation, on-site logistics coordination and even post -program through evaluation feedbacks. It is our job to ensure the program runs smoothly so students and faculty leaders can focus on their objective — to explore the academic and cultural interests in our diverse nation.

Upon arrival, students will be welcomed at the airport by a Campus B Coordinator who will be with the group 24/7 (s/he will be the emergency contact for extra security and support). Our coordinators are local, bilingual Brazilians; as such they are familiar with the cities and well equipped to deal with situations together with our Campus B Office — which serves as the home base for all program coordination — plus the faculty leader(s) and the university’s study abroad office.

** In case the group has more than 14 students, an additional Campus B coordinator will be provided to the program.
