Buzz is now offering a full-time Junior Trademark Executive position, to support the Group’s Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department in matters concerning intellectual property, as well as consumer law and other ad-hoc projects.

The successful candidate will be based in Warsaw alongside a small legal team, reporting to a Legal Counsel in Ryanair’s Dublin office, and will be expected to:  Carry out global reviews relating to Ryanair’s trademarks  Prepare and file complaints relating to trademark infringements  Review decisions made in relation to complaints and follow up as required  Maintain a database relating to search results, complaints and decisions  Support members of the Group Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department in intellectual property and consumer law matters across Europe  Perform other duties and special projects as required

Experience and Qualifications:  Familiarity with trademarks and online advertising  Familiarity with internet technologies  Pending or completed legal education  Excellent organisational and communication skills  Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail  The ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player  The ability to learn quickly and show initiative  Fluency in English

The following, while not essential, will be an advantage:  Knowledge of languages other than English  Corporate experience
