Buzz is now offering a full-time Junior Trademark Executive position, to support the Group’s Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department in matters concerning intellectual property, as well as consumer law and other ad-hoc projects.
The successful candidate will be based in Warsaw alongside a small legal team, reporting to a Legal Counsel in Ryanair’s Dublin office, and will be expected to: Carry out global reviews relating to Ryanair’s trademarks Prepare and file complaints relating to trademark infringements Review decisions made in relation to complaints and follow up as required Maintain a database relating to search results, complaints and decisions Support members of the Group Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department in intellectual property and consumer law matters across Europe Perform other duties and special projects as required
Experience and Qualifications: Familiarity with trademarks and online advertising Familiarity with internet technologies Pending or completed legal education Excellent organisational and communication skills Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail The ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player The ability to learn quickly and show initiative Fluency in English
The following, while not essential, will be an advantage: Knowledge of languages other than English Corporate experience
