10 Student Feedback mechanisms on Institutional Online students feedback system on faculty Governance/Faculty performance performance is in place. At the end of each semester, all students appraise the performance of faculty in each of the subjects on a 15 point scale. If the performance is less than 75 percent, the concerned faculty members are counseled by the review committee.

11 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff Faculty and staff can bring their grievances to the and students notice of their respective Heads of the Departments. Heads will address the issues, if they are within their purview or else they will be addressed by the Principal and Director. Grievance redressal committee is in place. The students can approach the committee for readdressal of their grievances. The students can also directly meet the Head of the Department, Deans, Principal or Director for the redressal of their problems.

Classroom/ Tutorial Room Facilities

The classrooms by design are highly interactive. Classrooms are equipped with latest audio-visual aids such as LCD projectors and OHPs to make teaching–learning more interactive and effective.

Laboratory Details

Each Department has laboratories with all the equipment and facilities as per the requirement. Research Laboratories are available in academic departments.

Computer Center Facilities

Each department has computer centers with latest configuration systems. All the computers are networked with 1 Gbps OFC back bone. Each faculty member is provided with a desktop PC / Laptop with internet connectivity. 100 Mbps Internet Leased Line service shared by the computers through LAN / Wi-Fi in the campus.

18 Counseling / Mentoring Proctorial system is in place. A group of 20 students are assigned to a faculty member. Proctors meet the students weekly/ fortnightly basis and enquire about any academic or other problems. They counsel the students in case of any difficulty. They offer guidance in study planning and help in solving their problems. Every week a psychiatrist also counsels students who find learning process difficult.

19 Students Activity Body Available The committee consists President, Vice President & Secretary. All class representatives are members of the committee. In all college level committees there are student members. Every department has their own department association. Cultural activities Students participate in inter collegiate, zonal and university level cultural activities held in the institute and other institutes. College conducting techno level fest Tech Yuva every year.

And also conducting cultural fest Kalaspadana every year in college level only. Sports activities Students participate in inter collegiate, zonal and university level tournaments held in the institute and other institutes. College organizes regular sports events, College organizes Annual Sports Day. Students & staffs regularly use the gym facilities available. Literary activities Students participate in various literary competitions held both inside the Institute as well as outside Institutes.

Magazine / Newsletter College every year publishes the college Magazine Sri Sampada. College every three month in a year publishes the College News letter.
