Even on the inside, fin- ishes are pretty typical in style, with ample vaulted halls (either sails or barrel vaults), terracotta floors, brick-built arches, wooden beams and plastered walls painted with light colors offering great brightness. Other rooms are paved in parquet.

The estate covers a total surface of roughly 18.0 hectares. All around the villa there is a well- maintained garden dotted with flowers and decorated by hedges. On a slightly lower level from the villa, surrounded by hedges and stone walls, is located the 14 × 7 m with tuff-and-grass solarium, dressing room and WC dug up in tuff. The land of the estate also houses an ample olive grove (approximately 7.0 ha for a total of 2,000 trees) which allows producing an excellent “Terre di Siena DOP” extra-virgin olive oil (between 1.0 and 1.2 tons per year) which is currently sold as a condiment with registered trademark and used as a base for a made-in-Italy Natural Skincare line of products.

The villa is currently rented out with excellent results to thanks to its beautiful location not far from services which also grants quick and easy access to many of the most important cities of Tusca- ny.
