1. Eligibility

A. Eligibility

Valid for travel within Australia/New Zealand and between Australia and New Zealand.

B. Documentation

1. Only available to overseas originating passengers in connection with travel on a oneworld operating and/or marketing carrier (AA/AY/BA/CX/IB/JC/JL/JO/LA/KA/LP/MA/MX/NU/QF/RJ/XL/4M) to/via Australia/New Zealand. 2. Fares may be sold to non-residents of AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND. Proof of residency to be presented at time of ticketing and may also be requested at check-in. Failure to produce will result in denied boarding. 3. Tickets must be endorsed with the international ticket number. 4. Additional coupons may be purchased upon arrival into Australia/New Zealand provided the original pass ticket has at least one valid oneworld Visit Australia/New Zealand coupon remaining. 5. Copies of the following documentation must be attached to the audit coupon of the reissued ticket. a. Passengers original pass issued outside Australia/New Zealand. b. The coupon of the international passenger ticket covering departure from Australia/New Zealand. c. The identity page of the passenger’s passport or evidence of foreign residency. 6. Only one pass permitted per passenger.

5. Reservations and Ticketing A. Reservations 1. No restrictions 2. Booking code: L 3. Confirmed reservations for the first sector of the pass must be made prior to arrival in Australia/New Zealand. Subsequent sectors may be open dated. 4. Minimum coupons: a. A minimum of 2 sectors must be purchased prior to arrival in Australia/New Zealand. b. Additional sectors may be purchased upon arrival in Australia/New Zealand. 5. Waitlists not permitted. 6. Group travel not permitted. 7. Capacity limitations The carrier shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by this rule and such fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats, which the carrier may make available on a given flight, will be determined by the carrier’s best judgement. onew Visit AU_NZ Apr10.doc

B. Payment and ticketing 1. Payment: Must be made prior to arrival in Australia/New Zealand. 2. Ticketing: Must be issued on a separate ticket to the international ticket. Ticketing must be completed prior to arrival in Australia/New Zealand. Documentation is required. See paragraph 1. 6. Minimum Stay: Nil

7. Maximum Stay: All travel must be completed within the validity of the international ticket.

8. Stopovers: None other than by payment of sector fares.

9. Transfers

A. Permitted Transfers: 1. Not permitted. B. Surface sectors permitted. C. Except for country of origin of oneworld Visit Australia and New Zealand pass, no country may be visited more than once.

10. Constructions and Combinations

A. Constructions: not applicable B. Combinations: 1. End-on combinations: permitted within this rule 2. Not permitted with Australian Domestic Fares.

15. Sales restrictions

A. Sales permitted to 31March 2011

B. Advertising and Sales 1. Ticket Stock: Travel on the last international sector into Australia/New Zealand and the first international departure from Australia/New Zealand must be on a oneworld operating and/or marketed flight, where the international ticket shows one of the following (AA/AY/BA/CX/IB/JC/JL/JO/KA/LA/LP/MA/MX/NU/QF/RJ/XL/4M). Tickets must be issued on the stock of AA/AY/BA/CX/IB/JL/KA/LA/LP/MA/MX/QF/RJ/XL/4M 2. May not be sold in Australia or New Zealand 3. PTA/MCO/MPD/GTR sales not permitted.

C. Extension of ticket validity: permitted only in the event of illness of the passenger or certified death of an immediate family member/accompanying passenger. See PAT General Rule 13.2.13 for full requirements.

16. Changes and refunds

A. Voluntary re-booking and re-routing: 1. Revalidation permitted. 2. Changes requiring a reissue are permitted at a fee of AUD50/NZD60 per reissue

B. Involuntary re-booking and re-routing: Permitted only in the event of certified death of an immediate family member/accompanying passenger as provided in PAT General Rule 13.2.11.4

C. Cancellation/no-show/upgrading: 1. Prior to departure: Full refund 2. After departure: a. If minimum conditions of pass have been met: full refund of unused coupons b. If minimum conditions of pass have not been met: the refund if any will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable normal fare. 3. No-show: AUD50 fee applies

D. At anytime, the fare may be used as credit towards payment of a higher fare provided conditions of the higher fare have been met and any applicable fees and charges have been deducted. ------Local service fees may apply

18. Ticket entries and endorsements A. Fare basis: LOZPAS* (*represents A, B, C, D or E zone)

B. Endorsements: 1. Valid QF/LA services only. 2. Must be cross-referenced with the international ticket number.

19. Children and Infant discounts

A. Children: 75% of the applicable adult fare. B. Infants: charge 10% of the applicable adult fare. If occupying a seat, charge 75% of the applicable adult fare. C. For general conditions applicable see Definitions and Explanations and General Rule 6.2.

23. Miscellaneous

Baggage The baggage weight system will apply. Exception: For travel originating in North/South/Central America and the Caribbean (Area 1), the international piece system will apply.
