The sample itinerary described below is approximately like the one your group will be following during your stay with WHITE STAR TOURS. However, the exact times, days, and destinations may vary for your group.

Day 1 - Depart from your hometown and travel to your overnight stop where lodging has been arranged for you this evening. Dinner is on your own.

Day 2 - Following breakfast, check out and depart for your first destination ... Pigeon Forge, TN in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Check into your hotel and relax before dinner. This evening you will enjoy a family-style dinner and a unique show at the new Hatfields & McCoys Dinner Theatre. The show is loosely based on the true story of these two families and features musicians, singers, dancers, stunt people, and contests as well as a romance between Billy Bob and Emma Mae, the two star-crossed lovers from each rival family. Choose your family and enjoy the feud between the Hatfields and the McCoys while your servers participate in the rivalry. During the show, the audience will be divided into the two families to promote audience participation in the good-natured rivalry.

Day 3 - Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then depart for the Morning Variety Show. After the show, meet your guide for a tour of the Smoky Mountains, known for the beauty of its mountains and Southern Appalachian Mountain culture. After the tour, depart for a tour of the Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine where you will learn the history of moonshine and taste a sample. Return to your hotel to freshen up, then depart for the Smith Family Dinner Show which features a delicious dinner and the Smokies' best known homegrown family of entertainers.

Day 4 - Following breakfast, check out and travel to Memphis, home of the blues and birthplace of rock 'n' roll. Upon arrival in Memphis, meet your guide for a City Tour of Memphis. Filled with Southern charm, beautifully restored mansions, and sculptured tree-lined parkways, on a setting high on the Fourth Chicasaw Bluff, this river city boasts of glowing sunsets over the Mississippi and the sounds of the Beale Street Historic Entertainment District. Your tour will include the Mississippi Riverfront, Harbor Town, Mud Island, the Pyramid, Historic Cotton Row, Beale Street, South Main Historic District, Victorian Village, and the National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel. You will also stop at the historic Peabody Hotel to view the "March of the Peabody Ducks". After the tour, check into your hotel and freshen up before departing for King's Palace for an elegant style of dining and entertainment. Enjoy a delicious dinner and the authentic sound of the Memphis Blues and Jazz.

Day 5 - After breakfast at your hotel, then check out and depart for a visit to Graceland for the Graceland Platinum Tour, featuring an audio tour of the mansion and a visit to Meditation Gardens, where Elvis and his family members are buried. The tour also includes Elvis' two airplanes, the Automobile Museum, and four exhibits focusing on Elvis' life and career. Enjoy lunch on your own at Graceland Plaza, then depart for Nashville where you will check into your hotel upon arrival. This evening you will enjoy dinner and entertainment at the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theatre, voted Nashville's #1 dinner show. "The Best of Country Music" Show celebrates country music from both past and present.

Day 6 - Following breakfast, depart for Downtown Nashville you will enjoy a self-guided tour of the Country Music Hall of Fame, a state of the art cultural landmark and the world's largest music museum. The museum features an array of rare costumes, instruments, historical mementos and tear-stained lyric sheets which serve to entertain and educate audiences from all over the world. Spend time in downtown Nashville where you can enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many Honky Tonks. Later, meet your guide for a driving tour of Nashville's highlights, including the Parthenon, the only full-scale repolica of the famous Greek temple. Enjoy a delicious dinner in the area, then head for the Grand Ole Opry. The Grand Ole Opry blends the excitement of a live audience, the heritage of the world's longest-running live radio show, and an incredible mix of talent.

Day 7 - Breakfast at your hotel is followed by check-out. Travel to Asheville, NC on the other side of the Smoky Mountains. A stop will be made at the to visit the Folk Art Center, a showcase of the finest in traditional and contemporary crafts of the Southern Appalachians. Afterwards, check into your hotel and freshen up before dinner. This evening you will enjoy a traditional barbecue dinner buffet with all the trimmings and toe-tapping entertainment featuring the Blue Ridge Mountain Opry Show.

Day 8 - Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then depart for the Biltmore Estate to explore George Vanderbilt's extraordinary home, beautiful gardens, Antler Hill Village, and the Winery. The self-guided tour takes you through the grand country home's 250 rooms where you will learn about the families who lived and worked there. Lunch is included at the Deerpark Restaurant featuring the bountiful "Taste of the South" buffet. End your day with a tour of the Biltmore Winery where you will see how the award-winning wines are made and taste the samples. You may want to visit some of the gift shops before returning to your hotel. Dinner is on your own this evening.

Day 9 - Following breakfast, check out and depart for your last night of lodging where you will check into your hotel. Dinner is on your own this evening.

Day 10 - Enjoy breakfast, then check out and depart for home with lasting memories of your fabulous trip.
