Important Instruction & Schedule (4Th July, 2016 to 12Th July, 2016 during 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Except 6Th July, 2016)

Most Important Instruction: It is to instruct that Candidate loses his/her chance to appear in Entrance Test or GDPI (as case may be), if he/she fails to submit Registration Form’s Print along with copies of all document during specified schedule on or before Last Date and Time at Concern University Departments/University Schools during working hours.

Candidate must submit Print of Registration Form along with following Original & Copies of Documents: 1. Photo ID 2. Mark sheets of Bachelor, Master, M Phil (for Ph D, If obtained) and other Degree 3. Eligibility for exemption in Entrance test for Ph D, one must submit the Notification of MPhil and Candidate of Other University than must enclose the Certificate stating the MPhil admission was through Entrance Test. 4. Caste Certificate in Case of Reserved Category (SC/ST/SEBC) 5. Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued after 1st April 2016 (in Case of SEBC/ Open-EBC) 6. PH – Physically Disability Certificate (If applicable) 7. Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by Gujarat University on or Before 11th July, 2016 for Candidates of Other University of Gujarat State/Other States; 8. No Telephonic/ Electronic Reporting will be entertained in any case.
