Kings Langley Christian Aid Chair Paul Tucker, accompanied by his friend Paul Hutchinson, cycled along the canal tow path to Regents Park on 12 October to raise much needed funds for the charity’s work in the developing world.

Starting off on a cool but dry day at 8.30am they arrived in Regents Park at around 1pm, after a brief coffee stop in Hayes and a chat with some interested local people. Following a short lunch break they were overcome with enthusiasm and so tackled the return leg via the A5 making a total of 55 miles.
