"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives under Section 137(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Ideal Youth Security Services Labour Contract Industrial Co-operative Service Society Ltd., Ind No. 21/MDS, Chennai District have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce / The Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai vide Proc.No.20501/ICD/2019-1 dated 4th March 2020.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area. (Roc No.2857/2019/LPA-3) [G.O.(2D) No.25, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)) Department ,dated 22-01-2020]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 part II, section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)/ Housing / 4377 / 94 at page 1078 of Part II section 2ofthe Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994. Variations.

In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” under the heading “COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in Annur Taluk, Kunnathur Village.

(i) Against the entry “AGRICULTURAL (AG-68)” for the expression “164 to 176”, “178 to 182” the expression “164 to 176”, (Except 168/1, 2, 169/1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 170/1, 171, 173/2 shall be substituted and the expression 178 to 182 (Except 178/1, 179/1A, 1B1, 1C, 4A, 180/1B) shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry “RESIDENTIAL (MR-41)” for the expression 168/1, 2, 169/1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 170/1, 171, 173/2 shall be added After the entry 152 and for the expression 178/1, 179/1A, 1B1, 1C, 4A, 180/1B shall be added After the entry 177.
