1. League Panel ruling Deduct 4 points from GBLBC-B for failure to book the green timely in M0851 resulting the game being rescheduled.

2. Complaint from AYFP on HKYDT The League Panel made the ruling and recommended to give a warning to HKYDT for not having a responsible person to answer the queries from opponent and not booking the green. We would like to remind the club convenors that in case of inclement weather or closure of green, the home side should have a responsible person during the two hours before the starting time to answer queries from away side regarding the game postponement If the game is postponed, it would be better to dismiss the team after both captains mutually agreed the postponement. Please note that the home side has to make the offer within 24 hours.

3. Mixed or Triples League 2011 Proposed schedule dates were circulated without any counter-proposals. The League will start on 26-Nov-2011 and finish by 2-Feb-2012. Exact dates will depend on the number of entries.
