Will this work with a 27" iMac? Yes it will. Please be advised that the microphone/iSight will not work on the Mac as these are not a USB function. You will however, be able to achieve audio via the mac speakers.

Will this work with my ? ( power PC Processor, not Intel) The C247d will work with your Power Mac G5 as long as it has a DVI-D or DVI-I port. It will allow you to connect your Power Mac to either a 24" or 27" Apple Cinema Display. Please be advised that you can use this adapter to connect one monitor and then you can use your additional video port to connect another monitor. However, this adapter by itself can only be used to connect one monitor.

My PC Graphics Card supports 2560x1400 resolution (ATI HD 6850), and I would like to connect it to 27" Led Cinema Display by DVI port. Does your Device C247d supports that resolution ? In this case can you ship your Device in Italy? And how ? Tank you. The C247d only accepts a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200. It is not a dual link DVI. Please note that I will forward this to our developers to notify them of the need of a dual link adapter. We do also ship our items to Italy via USPS.

Just order Kanex C247d converter and will this stuff work on iMac 27" too? Yes the C247d will also work in on the iMac 27"

Does this support PC resolution of 1680x1050? When will I be able to receive the item in Singapore? THanks! Please be advised that the Cinema Displays only accept these following resolutions: 24-inch: 1920x1200 27-inch: 1280x720 or 2560x1440 So if your computer can reach those resolutions on either monitor then it will be able to work with your PC.

Why doesn't the 27-inch accept 1080p? The EDID of the 27-inch Apple LED Cinema Display only accepts two inputs: 1280x720 and 2560x1440. DVI can not reach a resolution of 2560x1440 so 1280x720 is the only option.

Will this work with the iSight camera? Yes this will allow you to use the full functionality of the iSight for use with webchat or videoconferencing.

Does this support Dual-Link DVI? No this unit only supports Single-Link DVI connections.

Will this work with any PC with DVI? Yes any PC will work whether its Windows 7 or XP as long as it has a DVI video connector.

Can I use this cable to display content on my Mac with DVI? This cable is not bi-directional and therefore you will not be able to display anything on your MacBook.
