North Downs Way NATIONAL TRAIL Local Walks: Oxted

Oxted The North Downs Way is a designated National Trail passing through 153 miles of protected countryside between Farnham via the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding National Beauty (AONB) and Kent Downs Area of Outstanding National Beauty (AONB) to Dover on the Kent coast.
How to get to the trail: (1.5 miles) Start on the opposite side of the tracks to the main ticket offi ce, using the underpass. Walk down Station Road East, turning left onto Gresham Road at the Council Offi ces. Keep left on Gresham Road, turning right onto Bluehouse Lane before crossing and turning left up Park Road. Keep ahead on the footpath next to the school as the road bends to the right. You are now following the Greensand Way over the M25 to Oxted Downs where you pick up the North Downs Way.
