On Saturday, November 4th the Saginaw Spirit in partnership with the Bay City Elks Lodge #88 honored and showed our appreciation for those who have and are serving our country during the annual Military Appreciation Night. All active and retired military members received a complimentary ticket to the game. The pregame festivities began at 3:00PM as the Warriors played in for the first time in The Dow Event Center followed by a pinning ceremony in the Budweiser Red Room and a presentation by Major General Stone.

NEXTEER AUTOMOTIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: The 17 year old Jackson, Michigan native has found the back of the net seven times in the past seven games. This past weekend Jenkins hit a career milestone recording his first Career OHL Hat Trick in a 6-1 victory over the North Bay Battalion. The 2016 1st round, 4th overall pick in the OHL Priority Selection currently has seven goals and three assists during his first year with the Spirit. Saginaw Spirit, defenseman, #8 Caleb Everett was drafted by the Saginaw Spirit in the 2016 OHL Draft as the 106th overall pick.
