STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I have been working in this entertainment industry for the last eight(8) years (2010-till date). I have always felt a deep connection with this industry, that is why I have observed for three years to get myself prepared,even when I was a student at that time.Right now I am working in Kolkata s biggest production house as an Executive Producer.

In the span of these 8 years I have done almost everything ,right from script coordination ,content’ evaluation, channel coordination,floor management ,daily schedule handling, production management ,final episode previewing &lastly delivering the episodes on time.

I started off as an Assistant Director and was fortunate enough to be in the team of directors namely Bijoy Maji, Siddhartha Pal, Rajendra Prashad, Rajiv Kumar(film),Ravi Kinagi(film).But from the very first day I was good in management and handling problematic situation tactfully.Gradually I approached myself as an Executive Producer and gave me the break by giving me the responsibility of their shows.

Now I want to take my experience an expertise to higher level by working with a leading television network and be a part of a team where I can use my skill in developing a unique content. I am confident enough that I can bring value to an organuisation as I am an honest person, a disciplined producer and a sorted manager.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

 Madhyamik (10th standard) from Board of Secondary Education in 2005, 1st division with distinction securing 77.8% approx.  Higher Secondary (12th standard) from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education in 2007, 1st division with distinction securing 68.60 % approx.

 Graduated myself from Calcutta University in 2010, English Honors, securing 53%, on aggregate.

 Passed Masters with First Class (62.33%) in Mass Communication & Videography from Rabindra Bharati University in 2012.

JOBS HELD

 Assistant director in mega serials & films in Kolkata( May,2010- Feb,2015)  Executive Producer at Shree Venkatesh Films(March,2015-March 2016)  Executive Producer at Blues ( March 2016- December 2016)  Executive Producer at ( December 2016- till date,2019)

2016(December-till present) . I am currently working as Executive Producer for Surinder Films,the biggest production house in Kolkata.My responsibilities include executing the shows that are given to me. I have been associated with shows like SAAT BHAI CHAMPA(),OM NAMAH SHIVAY().Right now I am associated with two shows simultaneously ARABYA RAJANI() & NETAJI (ZEE BANGLA).My scope of work include content evaluation, script finalizing, production planning, episode previewing, channel coordination & of course delivering episodes on time.

2016-BLUES(MARCH-DECEMBER)

I worked as an Executive Producer of Blues in shows like PITA(COLORS BANGLA),BIKELE BHORER PHOOL(ZEE BANGLA),BAKSHOBADAL(ZEE BANGLA) & RAKHI BANDHAN(STAR JALSHA).I was mainly associated with production planning, episode previewing & delivering episodes on time.

2015-2016(MARCH)

I worked as an Executive Producer at Shree Venkatesh Films.During this time I was associated with popular shows like (ZEE BANGLA),POTOL KUMAR GAANWALA(STAR JALSA), DAASHI(COLORS BANGLA). I handled the floor, production strategy & script coordination at that time.

2010-2015

 I have worked as an Assistant Director in the following Mega Serials:
