Few kilometers away from the ancient town a facility of no less interest is located: an ancient sanctuary of Apollo Hylates. For those interested in the medieval history a bulky and dismal castle in , a village neighboring to Erimi, offers itself. The castle dates back to the time of crusades. The whole infrastructure of living and spending a vacation in Limassol is at the service of those who are unable to imagine themselves without urbanity. As already mentioned above Limassol is only 10_km away and along the express highway at that. By the way it connects Erimi not only with Limassol but also with all the other largest cities of Cyprus (, Nicosia and Larnaca) and the both international airports of the island (located in Larnaca and Paphos). To top it all those fond of mountains and hills may be offered making a trip to the North – Kourion artificial lake, tourist village and mountain range , known for its views, ancient monasteries and ski tracks. Erimi has a perfect location for those who wish to own a property not in the city but near it and for those who believe the balance of amenity of nature, vacation by the seashore and man-made monuments to be essential.
