The Commission set out the procedures the staff will follow in considering such petitions in CALEA Section 103 Compliance and Section 107(c) Petitions, Public Notice, FCC 00-154 (released April 25, 2000), as modified by Public Notice, DA 00-1231 (released June 5, 2000) (hereinafter CALEA Public Notices). The petitioners listed in List 2 of the Appendix have not satisfied the requirements for a preliminary determination, but may do so by supplementing their petitions as described in paragraph 10 or 11 of the April 25, 2000, CALEA Public Notice. Comments regarding the petitions listed in the Appendix must be submitted to the Commission by July 17, 2000, and carriers may file replies by July 28, 2000.
