HB 3055 ** **Subsequent Referral(s) to Revenue (8:10 am) Modifies, adds and repeals laws relating to transportation. HB 3065 (8:20 am) Directs Department of Transportation to study development of uniform standards for speed bump height and markings and report on findings to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to transportation on or before September 15, 2022. HB 2342 (8:30 am) Imposes mandatory per-mile road usage charge for registered owners and lessees of passenger vehicles of model year 2027 or later that have rating of 30 miles per gallon or greater, beginning July 1, 2026.
