Things to Remember ◆ Send the Right Person for the Job Make sure to appoint a representative who is able to explain both your situation and company profile. This person makes it far easier for job -seekers to understand what it would be like to work for a company like yours!

◆ Your Booth Representative is an Ambassador for Your Company Your representative should always act professionally, both inside and outside of the booth. Candidates may be watching him/her in order to get a better idea of how your company is run.

◆ Catch Their Eye Feel free to display your company's products and branding! Anything from booklets to posters will help the attendees get a feel for your company, and the message you'd like to portray with it. If you would like to use a particular hard-to-get material (such as a sheet, or patterned carpet) please contact your Account Executive at last one week before the Fair.

◆ Brochures Feel free to display your company's brochures as per our guidelines. Please keep any extra brochures in your booth.

◆ Packaging Logistics If you need to ship any parcels or luggage from the venue after the Fair has concluded, we will provide a C.O.D. (cash on delivery) packing slip at Reception.

◆ Cancellation A fee will be charged in the event of a cancellation. If you wish to cancel, please contact your Account Executive. The Cancellation fee will be calculated from the date of the notice of cancellation.

Notes ● Please keep and wear at all times the name plates that will be handed to you at the entrance to the event. ● Feel free to use the designated resting area to indulge in a quick snack or refresh yourself with a drink or two.

Rules & Regulations ● Solicitations outside of your allotted booth space are prohibited. ● Please make sure that your posters and panels do not stick out from your booth. ● Please ask our staff if you would like to take a picture. Photographs cannot be taken without permission. ● The space outside of your booth is considered a public area for all attendees. Since there will be ample representation elsewhere, we ask that you not distribute your company's fliers or scout candidates in this space.
