First Weekend fun returns to Palm Desert in In February, the First Weekend festivities jump to El Paseo and 2018 with featured events designed to help swing into full gear with the return of Swing ‘N Hops on Saturday, fulfill your New Year’s resolutions for healthy February 3. Held outdoors from noon to 5 p.m. in the street between Happy living and living it up.
