The County Council (Various Roads, ) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.3) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: 1. To revoke the existing ‘Resident Permit Holders Only, Mon – Sat, 10am – 5.30pm’ restrictions and replace with ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following length of Princes Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest: Road Description Princes Road, NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 0.4 metres west of a point Buckhurst Hill opposite the common boundary of No.25 and No.27 Princes Road, westwards for a distance of approximately 4.8 metres.

2. To revoke the existing ‘Resident Permit Holders Only, Mon – Fri, 10am – 4pm’ restrictions and replace with ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following length of Madells, Epping in the District of Epping Forest: Road Description Madells, Epping WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 6.1 metres north east of a point opposite the common boundary of No.32 and No.33 Madells, north eastwards for a distance of approximately 7.7 metres. EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 9.2 metres north east of the extended north east kerb line of Madells, north eastwards for a distance of approximately 6 metres.

Schedule 44, 51 & 56 of The Essex County Council () (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2016 are hereby varied as detailed above.
