Children should be old enough to enter Kindergarten the following year.

We also meet approximately once a month for social/ volunteer activities outside of regular meetings. STURGEON COUNTY YOGA/REIKI WORKSHOP Sturgeon County will be offering its community an atmosphere to unwind, reflect, relax, and recharge with Yoga and Reiki. This workshop will focus on settling your energies and bringing awareness to the mind-body connection using the tools of Yoga, pranayama (breath work), and Reiki (a Japanese healing technique). This workshop will begin with a soothing 60 min restorative yoga flow (suitable for beginners) moving into a deep relaxation. Once our energies are calmed, we will settle into Savasana (resting pose) where Individual Reiki healings will be offered to all participants. This workshop will consist of group discussion of both Reiki and Yoga regarding the health benefits and what to expect, therefore, giving you the tools to carry your experience on the mat into your home practice. What to wear: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing so you are able to move freely. What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, small towel, blanket, and water bottle.
